About me
I've dedicated my life to helping people find their purpose and potential and have found a lot of fulfillment in working with marginalized populations. I hope to continue building a space where all people feel accepted and comfortable to heal. As a disabled female veteran, I offer a unique set of skills, experience and education, including over 30 years in Massage Therapy and 20 years in Mental Health Counseling. Together, we can craft a tailored experience that focuses on providing maximum relaxation, cost-effective short-term coaching and/or problem-solving sessions. Whether through Massage Therapy, Wellness Coaching, or a mix of both, we can develop a strategy to help you alleviate stress and enhance your well-being.
