Providing unique massage sessions to fully gain access to true relaxation and deep routed healing. Nicole offers a wide range of techniques, including Swedish, trigger point, myofascial release, deep tissue, cupping, hot stones, Manual Lymph Drain, stretching, and positional release.

I've dedicated my life to helping people find their purpose and potential and have found a lot of fulfillment in working with marginalized populations.  I hope to continue building a space where all people feel accepted and comfortable to heal. As a disabled female veteran, I offer a unique set of skills, experience and education, including over 30 years in Massage Therapy and 20 years in Mental Health Counseling. Together, we can craft a tailored experience that focuses on providing maximum relaxation, cost-effective short-term coaching and/or problem-solving sessions. Whether through Massage Therapy, Wellness Coaching, or a mix of both, we can develop a strategy to help you alleviate stress and enhance your well-being.
